SLT Manpower Solutions awarded with The IPE HR Leadership Award – Award for “Excellence in HR through technology”.

Sri Lanka Telecom Manpower Solutions was conferred with IPE HR Leadership Award – “Award for Excellence in HR through technology” at the 2nd IPE HR Leadership Awards 2013 held on 17th of February 2013 in Mumbai.

It was a great opportunity for the company to benchmark the in-house built IT system (empower) which caters to the staff, employees and clients on various HR functions and provides information dispatch and collection through the use of mobile technologies while setting an example to the nation by demonstrating the possibilities extending 21st century technology towards almost anyone despite their IT illiteracy level or location.

IPE HR Leadership Awards are hosted by the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), which is the premier Business school at Hyderabad and is recognized as a “Centre of Excellence” by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi for doctorial studies. Organized for a professional cause, the awards are presented to organizations and individuals who have surpassed several levels of excellence and set an example of being a role model and an exemplary leader.

The organization has also been conferred with “Best in Recruitment and Consulting” award at the Asian Leadership Awards 2011 and “Award for “Best HR Strategy in line with Business” at the 3rd Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2012 this is the 3rd time that SLT Manpower Solutions (Pvt) Ltd has been awarded with this kind since 4 years of inception of the company.

SLT Manpower Solutions was conferred with the award for “Best HR Strategy in line with Business” at the 3rd Asia Best Employer Brand Award in Singapore.

The Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards are hosted by Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress & Stars of the Industry Group, with a CMO Asia as a Strategic Partner & Endorsed by Asian Confederation of Businesses. The objectives of the Awards is to recognize the Best of Best, organized for a professional cause.

The awards are presented to organizations and individuals who have surpassed several levels of excellence and set an example of being a role model and an exemplary leader. The objective at core is benchmarking talent & HR practices.

We are much pleased to commit to memory that our organization was conferred with the “Best in Recruitment and Consulting” award at the Asian Leadership Awards in 2011 too. Therefore this is the 2nd occasion that our organization has been awarded this kind of award since just 4 years following the inception of the company.

It was a great honor to Sri Lanka as well as to Sri Lanka Telecom PLC, when Sri Lanka Telecom Manpower Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. was privileged to be awarded with the Asian leadership award for best in recruitment and consulting last Sunday, 25h September 2011.   Mr. Ranjith G. Rubasinghe, Chief Executive Officer of the organization, received the Award from the organizers at an awards ceremony held in Dubai.
